Booking an appointment means you agree to the following: Booking Policy * A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. * Deposits go toward your final balance. * Appointments must be made thru my booking site and must be confirmed to avoid cancellation Cancellation & Rescheduling *Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. * Last-minute cancellations will result in loss of deposit. * No-shows will be blocked Guest Policy * No extra guests unless receiving a service * To maintain a comfortable environment, please come alone. Payment Policy * Remaining balance is due immediately after service. * Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay Soak-Off Policy *Please notify me before your appointment if a soak-off is needed. * Foreign soak-offs not available Respect Policy * Respect my time and I will respect yours. * Any rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
